The Role: Administrative Assistant (Full-Time) – Lynden, WA

Looking for a role where you can stay busy, learn new skills, and be part of a solid team? This is it! We’re looking for someone organized, reliable, and ready to jump in and make an impact.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of invoices in a timely and accurate manner while working closely with our sales department.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the customer database.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
• Review open sales orders to ensure billing and back orders are accounted for
• Process deposits and apply payments
• Enter cash and credit card receipts from the front desk daily.
• Reconcile the till at the end of the day and prepare deposits
• Answerphones and directing calls
• Assist the Sales Department with administrative tasks as needed.
• Distribute and handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Assist the warehouse with daily receiving and shipping administrative tasks, including international freight, Amazon and eBay.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
