Service and Repair
Delta Water Products runs a service operation built around certified trades. Red Seal millwrights, electricians, and plumbers, along with EMST-certified motor technicians, are on our team across our branch network. Ongoing factory training through our manufacturer partners keeps our people current on the latest models, controls, and best practices. That combination of trades and training is unusual in pump distribution, and it's what lets us handle a job end to end, from a pump strip-down to a full system audit, without subcontracting the work that matters.

Pump and Electric Motor Repair
Full-scope repair on pumps and electric motors, in our shops or on your site. Our millwrights, electricians, and EMST-certified motor technicians strip, diagnose, and rebuild equipment from any manufacturer. Seal and bearing replacement, electrical testing, recoating, and precision test station verification, with OEM parts access through our manufacturer partnerships. When the equipment can't come to us, we come to it.

Start-Up and Commissioning
Full-scope commissioning on pumps, motors, hydronic systems, and vertical line shaft turbines. Our plumbers, electricians, and millwrights work together, so nothing gets handed off and forgotten between trades.

Energy Audits and Optimization
kW logging, flow measurement, and motor performance data on existing systems to identify inefficient pumps, oversized motors, and control opportunities. Our certified electricians and EMST technicians handle the instrumentation safely on live equipment, and the report gives you a defendable case for upgrades, retrofits, or VFD applications.

Pump Build Programs
As authorized build partners for Franklin Electric and Goulds, we assemble submersibles and pump packages from factory-supplied components in our own shops. That means shorter lead times, lower freight, and full manufacturer warranty on a pump configured to your application.

Authorized Warranty Depot
When a pump fails under warranty, you ship it to us instead of back to the factory. We handle the claim, complete the repair, and return the unit ready to install, often in a fraction of the time it would take to route through the OEM.
