Delta Water Products is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our corporate team in Chilliwack. About the Role
As the Executive Assistant, you will be the organizational backbone for our senior leadership team. You'll manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare documents and reports, and anticipate needs before they arise. You'll also play a key role in coordinating corporate offsites and assisting with company events, ensuring seamless execution and strong internal engagement.
This is an in-office, full-time position based out of our Chilliwack corporate office.
What You'll Do
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Executive Chair Provide support for other corporate initiatives as directed by the CEO. Manage multiple calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel logistics Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports Prepare meeting agendas, take and transcribe meeting notes as required Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and maintain executive priorities Coordinate corporate offsites, including logistics, scheduling, and materials Assist with company events, supporting planning, communication, and on-site execution Support internal communication and cross-department coordination Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as needed
What You Bring
Previous Executive Assistant experience is required Post secondary education in Business Administration is preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Strong experience managing multiple calendars and shifting priorities Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively A positive, adaptable, team-oriented mindset
