Who We're Looking For
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about numbers? We're looking for a full-time, in office,Accounts Payable person to join our team in Chilliwack, BC. As a key part of our finance team, you'll play an essential role in keeping our accounts accurate and up to date as we support water solutions across the region. This position will report directly to the local Controller and will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure operational excellence. Preference will be given to individuals experienced in Microsoft D365 and those who have extensive experience in Accounts Payable.
Key Responsibilities
Full cycle accounts payable, posting invoices, account reconciliations, managing vendor discounts, and monthly A/P runs. Vendor account management Monthly reconciliations Corporate credit card, fuel card and expense account reconciliations and reports Maintain accurate and organized filing systems Cross function training in other departments
What You Offer
A minimum of 2 years' experience with large volume accounts payable Proficiency with Microsoft D365 or similar program Excellent verbal and communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent time management skills. Advanced level proficiency in Excel.
