This is a blended role supporting both inside sales and warehouse/yard operations, giving you variety and room to grow.

Responsibilities:

Customer & Sales Support

Assist customers and contractors with product selection and technical questions.
Create sales orders and process transactions using our POS system.
Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, knowledgeable support.
Help load customer orders into vehicles.
Support showroom and inventory replenishment.

Warehouse & Yard Operations

Handle daily shipping and receiving for the Lynden facility.
Operate forklifts and lift‑truck equipment for loading/unloading.
Pick, stage, and prepare orders for customer pickup.
Bundle and load pipe and other materials (physical labour required).
Maintain accurate inventory records during receiving and shipping.
Assist with deliveries using a truck and trailer when needed.
Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organized, and safe.
Participate in the daily opening and closing of the premises.
Follow all company safety and operational procedures.
Jump in wherever needed to support smooth daily operations.

What you bring

Experience in retail, counter sales, or warehouse operations.
Forklift/lift‑truck experience (or willingness to learn).
Ability to lift 60+ lbs and work in a physical environment.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
Good computer and data‑entry skills.
A clean driving record and reliable transportation.
Detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, and self‑motivated.
Bonus: Knowledge of irrigation, pumps, plumbing, electrical, or water systems, especially in agriculture, municipal, mining, or septic applications.
